Mini Training session

2 loops with the stairs and calf raises (no lunges today)

one minute stations (about 10-15)
Some included: plank; box jumps; alt leg lift jumps; dips; one legged squats; one-legged bridge pulse; L-stands

4 sets of 25 push ups
4 pull ups
