Lifting ~ 60 mins or so - heavy sets for the upper body (arms, shoulders, back and chest)
100 push ups

I am posting my daily training sessions so I can share with everyone the workouts I am doing to prepare for the 7 events I have coming up. Also this allows everyone I train with to do the workout too, even if we aren't doing it together! :)
