7am - squash for an hour
12 noon - spin for 55 mins
4pm - 45 min run
7pm - hike/walk for ~ 1 hour

I am posting my daily training sessions so I can share with everyone the workouts I am doing to prepare for the 7 events I have coming up. Also this allows everyone I train with to do the workout too, even if we aren't doing it together! :)
