Wednesday Workout

Spin and weights

Spin for about 45 - 60 minutes

Lift-
-4 minute intervals one exercise per muscle group (20s on 10s off)
-2 minute intervals one exercise per muscle group (20s on/10s off)
-TMT lifting routine (refer to last weeks post for routine)
-core work- 3 -5 ab exercises and 2 back exercises
