Run for speed !
Warm up
one minute fast (push it hard! )
one minute normal pace
~repeat for 30 minutes
5 minutes regular pace
5 minute cool down

I am posting my daily training sessions so I can share with everyone the workouts I am doing to prepare for the 7 events I have coming up. Also this allows everyone I train with to do the workout too, even if we aren't doing it together! :)
