Today do as much cardio as you can .. build up endurance!
I suggest an hour to 1 1/2 hour run. If not try doing multiple types of cario- spin to swim to run :) Have fun and try to be outside if it is nice out!

I am posting my daily training sessions so I can share with everyone the workouts I am doing to prepare for the 7 events I have coming up. Also this allows everyone I train with to do the workout too, even if we aren't doing it together! :)
