Cardio-Speed day
Try to do tempo mile repeats for 5 miles
(Try for a fast pace like 7 minute mile of you can)
Remember the key to the workout is fast and short !

I am posting my daily training sessions so I can share with everyone the workouts I am doing to prepare for the 7 events I have coming up. Also this allows everyone I train with to do the workout too, even if we aren't doing it together! :)
